  • Rollout of new AI Policy and Governance Committee to ensure the use of artificial intelligence is ethical, compliant, and aligned with business practices 
  • Increase in client adoption of programs that leverage discard and donate services, leading to a reduction of overall household goods transportation emissions
  • Growth in employee-led volunteerism and expansion in community giving
