• Cornerstone’s workforce is working remotely, but this will not impact our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers. The only thing that has changed is the location of our employees. We remain fully accessible and operational.
  • Impacts being felt by our clients include (but are not limited to):
    • Delayed moves and assignments due to travel restrictions, lockdowns, closed borders and shelter in place directives
    • Early returns from assignments
    • The need for extensions – of relocation time frames, assignments, temporary lodging, etc.
    • Consideration/decisions – extend buyout offer period to potentially avoid inventory
    • Delayed household goods deliveries and shipments
    • Immigration, tax and payroll issues
    • Increased exception requests
  • Our Consultants are working closely with your Account Director to address individual transferring employee/assignee situations as they occur.  Our Account Directors are providing recommendations and solutions to our clients for any individual issues.
  • We are proactively assessing our clients’ mobility populations and providing solutions to mobility challenges.
  • We are in contact with our supplier partners on a regular basis.  Where possible, services are being provided virtually.  We are proud of the herculean efforts our suppliers are making to meet Cornerstone’s service excellence standards during these  unprecedented times.

Events as a result of the coronavirus are changing hourly and information is coming in at breakneck speeds.  In future updates, we will provide highlights of the latest information, but as always, we remain your trusted resource.
